Sheldon Lavin partnered with Otto sons after his retirement, and that is when the company’s name was changed from Otto&Sons to OSI Group. It is during his involvement that the meat processing firm expanded their market to other regions including the Philippines, South Africa, Japan, Asia, Northern America as well as Australia. Sheldon’s hard work and determination led to his appointment as the Chief Operating Officer of the organization.
