What can one say about the real estate industry? It’s perhaps one of the oldest businesses started by civilization and one that will always be important regardless if you’re looking for a home or for a place for your business. It’s important in a market like this that you can find a person to trust, a person you can confide in to help you make the best decisions you can. And one of these people in the industry you can trust is a man named Todd Lubar.
Lubar is a man with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry having spent years in different sections of it to becoming the president of his very own company Legendary Financial, LLC. At this moment in time, Legendary Financial is an affiliate of Legendary Properties LLC who specializes in the field of loans. Lubar has been involved in over 7,000 transactions since he started up his affiliate and continues to keep on going strong. Lubar also has strong connections with both the commercial demolition side of the industry and the automotive scrap recycling business thanks to the changes that occurred in the mortgage market between 2007 and 2008. To this day, Lubar is still the president of Legendary Financial and his experience and connections have no doubt grown over the last several years.
Todd Lubar is a man with experience in not only the real estate industry, but a man who also has experience with marketing, marketing strategy, and advertising. He’s a man who loves his two daughters and enjoys traveling together with them. And he’s also a man who upholds the goal of desiring to be a better person tomorrow than the person he is today. And another goal of his is to add value to any and all things he comes in contact with.
Memorial Health is a non-profit organization operating in southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina. It has various educational and medical programs, including a 24 call-center. Its main operations are based in its hospital in Savannah Georgia called the Memorial University Medical Center, which has the capacity to treat over 600 patients. The hospital is also connected with the Mercer University School of Medicine, and is a training center for residents.
Memorial Health is led by its CEO Margaret (Maggie) Gill, MBA. Gill holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an MBA from Saint Leo University. Gill has been associated with Memorial Health since 2004, and prior to becoming CEO in 2011 Maggie Gill acted as vice president of finance/managed care and COO of the Memorial University Medical Center. Gill is also a former CFO of Tenet South Florida Health, where she received the Tenet Outstanding CFO award three times. Outside of work, Gill is an associate professor at Mercer University, and serves as a board member for the Georgia Hospital Association, Georgia Chamber of Commerce, and Union Mission. It is notable that Gill was recently recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review in its 2016 list of 135 Nonprofit Hospital and Health System CEOs to Know.
Gill has been working diligently to advance the interests of Memorial Health patients by seeking beneficial partnerships and avenues for growth. Gill understands revenue difficulties facing nonprofit organizations due to a changing healthcare environment (with reductions in government reimbursements), and continues to pursue solutions. First, Gill attempted to form a partnership with Novant Health Inc., and the same would have infused $295 million in capital into Memorial Health. Unfortunately, the partnership failed due to interference by the Chatham County Hospital Authority. Undeterred by the setback, Gill proceeded to develop a new management plan for Memorial Health– a $20 million-a-year action plan called “Pathway to Excellence” that includes assistance from Premier Inc. In addition, Gill recently succeeded in obtaining a partnership with Eon Health to provide a patients with a new Medicare Advantage plan. No doubt, Gill will continue her diligent efforts to advance Memorial Health.

Would you like the perfect temperature water every time you take a shower? Wengie shows you how to instantly find your ideal water temperature in her YouTube video “10 Life Hacks You Must Try!” Of all of her life hacks in this video getting the water temperature right every time is my favorite.
Other useful tips she shares with viewers in this video include: using a razor to restore life to your sweaters, using a staple remover to easily get your keys on and off keychains, and how to cross out information so that no one can read what was written underneath it.
Some of the tips she gave I previously used before even hearing her speak about them. For instance, using a Ziploc bag to protect documents or papers in your purse or bag, I already have done. However, she added that if you put a strong piece of cardboard in the bag first it will protect it even more by keeping it straight. Another tip I frequently use is putting items I want to bring with me near or under my keys so I don’t forget anything.
Another tip she suggests is to put your clothes on your bed to force yourself to put them away instead of piling up. This tip may works for me sometimes, but other times I throw all the clothes from the bed onto the floor instead of putting them away before bed. Also if you like to reuse shopping bags as trach bags Wengie lists two tips that help make your free bags less leaky and stay in place better.
